Embedded Executive Protection Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Protection Manager to lead a high-performing protective detail embedded with a high-profile client.

This individual will oversee daily operations, manage a team of EP agents, and provide hands-on protection during travel, events, and routine movements.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead and manage day-to-day EP operations and team schedules.


* Conduct close protection, advances, and site assessments.


* Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.


* Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.


* Ensure team adherence to protocols and client expectations.


* Develop and refine protection strategies and SOPs.

Provide situational assessments and oversee incident response.

Qualifications:


* 7+ years of EP or related experience, with 3+ in a leadership role.


* Proven travel EP experience (domestic and international).


* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.


* Clean driving record; defensive driving certification preferred.


* CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).


* Comfortable working extended hours, including nights and weekends.

* Preferred: Prior experience supporting UHNW or executive clients.

Experience in an embedded EP environment.

Bachelor's degree and/or military/law enforcement background.
