Central Intake Coordinator, Home Health, Full-time

Central Intake Coordinator will be responsible for Registering Home Health pts for services and obtaining and documenting payer source/verification of insurance/payer source, and obtaining and documenting authorization.

Responsible for initial "Welcome Call" discussing possible financial responsibilities and explanation of HHC services.

Requirements:


* High School diploma


* Home Health care or medical registration experience 


* Health care intake or billing/authorization experience


* Phone and computer skills


* Organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities will be required


* Ability to work with all levels of peers and leadership

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Location: 6676 Corporate Center Parkway, Jacksonville, FL 32216
