Manager - SaaS and Performance Analytics

Role mission

We are seeking a data-driven SaaS and Performance Marketing Analytics Manager with a strong background in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) analytics to join the Digital Energy marketing team.

This role will be instrumental in optimizing our demand generation efforts, providing insights into account engagement, and driving performance across our ABM and paid media programs.

The ideal candidate is skilled at analyzing campaign results, developing insights and action plans to deliver continued performance, and aligning metrics with business goals in a B2B environment, especially within targeted ABM campaigns.

They should also foster an analytical, high-performance culture based on a deep understanding of user behavior and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign conversions.

Main responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, etc.) with a focus on ROI and pipeline contribution from target accounts.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that measure performance marketing effectiveness across ABM tiers and named accounts.

• Track engagement across the full funnel, from impression to closed-won, using tools like Salesforce, Demandbase, or similar platforms.

• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in account-level behavior, channel attribution, and campaign performance.

• Collaborate with sales, ABM, and demand gen teams to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and attribution logic for account-based initiatives.

• Conduct A/B tests, audience segmentation analysis, and lead conversion assessments to guide marketing investments and campaign strategy.

• Develop behavior insights by leveraging internal and 3rd-party data resources to monitor account insights and enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Partner with relevant teams to enhance data accuracy, pipeline tracking, and lead/account scoring models.

• Analyze performance to refine strategies for maximum ROI and provide business reviews.

Qualifications

Skills with proficiency level and experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.

• Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (e.g., DemandBase) and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker).

• Deep understanding of digital channels, B2B buying cycles, and account-based marketing metrics.

• Proficiency in using CRM (e.g., Salesforce), MAP (e.g., SFMC, Marketo), and data visualization tools.

• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights that influence strategy and execution.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.
