整形外科領域において最も大きな市場をビジネスフィールドとし、人工膝関節と人工股関節を取り扱い歴史的にトップクラスのポジションを維持しています。現在マーケットシェア No3 ですが、世界的に評価されているブランド製品を持ち、かつ投資領域であることから日本人医師のニーズに応えるべく中長期の戦略を遂行しながらシェアアップを目指しています。

デジタルソリューション営業

ジョイントリコンストラクション事業部ではキャピタル製品（人工膝関節用ロボット、人工股関節用ナビゲーション）販売を加速し、インプラントシェア奪取することを戦略の柱の１つにしております。その中でデジタルソリューションズ（DS）チームではキャピタル製品の販売提案できる営業を募集します。

DSチームは人工関節インプラント営業と違い、担当エリアが大きく出張も多く伴います。時には１案件をチーム全体（複数人）で対応し、クロージングに向けて活動することもあります。
