The Business Support Services team Intern will be responsible for the following processes and activities, among others:
* Provide support to the Business Support Services team in various data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights
* Coordinate with our materials warehouse to ensure the timely delivery of requested materials.
Proactively address any issues or incidents related to material deliveries.
Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
* Procurement and Vendor Data Management.
Assist in the management of procurement processes, including purchase orders.
* Continuously looking for efficiencies and new opportunities
* Support on ongoing projects and connect with stakeholders inside and outside Innovative Medicine Spain
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate who has the following profile / qualifications:
* University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration or similar
* High Level of English
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Team-player and collaborative working style.
* Motivated, flexible and pro-active, eager to take initiative.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build excellent relations with Proficient in Excel for data analysis
* Ability to drive change and to work under tight deadlines.
