Shipping Clerk

Your Job

Molex is looking for a dynamic and proactive Shipping Clerk to efficiently manage packages, deliveries, and records.

This role involves close collaboration with customers at all levels to support our Camarillo, CA location.

Our Team

Interconnect Systems (ISI), a Molex company, manufactures high performance electronic assemblies in our Camarillo, CA factory.

Our operations use industry accepted process controls in manufacturing and quality to help us maintain and continually improve our excellence in providing electronics solutions to the world markets.

What You Will Do


* Ensure ESD compliance with QAP procedures before handling and shipping products


* Assemble packaging containers or select preassembled containers for shipping products


* Create bills of loading, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and file export documentation online


* Pack and ship products according to specified procedures


* Coordinate shipments with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL by generating tracking information and updating our MRP system


* Monitor shipments to their final destination using tracking numbers, compile and maintain records of materials being shipped, and work with carriers to resolve any issues or exceptions

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Experienced in handling customs documentation


* Proficient in using UPS, FedEx, and DHL websites, with expertise in preparing commercial invoices for international shipments


* 2+ years of experience preparing commercial invoices and processing international shipments.

What Will Put You Ahead


* Ability to process export shipments using Automated Export Systems (AES)


* Experience working within SAP

In order to comply with U.S.

export control laws and regulations, this position requires applicants to either provide proof of U.S.

citizenship or lawful permanent resident status or be eligible to receive an export authorization (a license) under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.

This position does not qualify for VISA sponsorship

For this role, we anticipate paying $18.00 - $24.00 per hour.

This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
