Kimberly-Clark is seeking a team-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Regional Americas Fleet Manager.

This role involves managing and coordinating the regional Car Fleet program for the Americas Fleet (Drive SMART) program, encompassing a full range of strategic and operational tasks and objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for:


* Manage and coach Americas fleet internal and external resources and handle day-to-day fleet management operational tasks in a set of countries in the Americas region, where required.


* Serve as the key regional point of contact for the organization regarding fleet/mobility support.


* Provide fleet/mobility guidance in accordance with regional regulations.


* Formulate improvement processes by monitoring, identifying, recording, advising, and following up on bottlenecks and opportunities.


* Act as a management advisor regarding supplier strategy and innovations in the fleet program.


* Own and participate in all fleet/mobility projects (e.g., Americas policy, electrification, etc.)


* Be responsible for regional supplier management, including manage KPIs and oversee fleet/mobility cost and approve invoices and purchase orders for all fleet-related suppliers.


* Own the relationship with other corporate functions (e.g., Global Leases, Risk Management, Account Payables) for the Americas region.
