Parts Support Representative

Responsibilities


*  Responsible for the accurate quotation of TowHaul OEM parts


* Responsible for processing and tracking of customer orders for TowHaul OEM parts


* Work with engineering, systems, purchasing, and production teams to provide estimated lead times for delivery


* Customer communication and follow up throughout the quotation and order process


* Report problem areas to applicable internal team (service, engineering, sales, executive)


* Responsible for developing strong client relationships


* Position will require proactive calling on customers to consistently meet sales goals

Qualifications Required


* Minimum 2 years of customer service experience


* High level of accuracy and attention to detail


* Strong written and verbal communication skills


* Must be proficient in MS Office, CRM


* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization


* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs


* Proven ability to follow specific instruction, manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail


* Must be able to work effectively with both internal and external customers


* Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport

Qualifications Desired


* Ability to read, understand, and decipher parts manuals and technical drawings


* Mechanical aptitude


* Experience utilizing Epicor ERP software, or a similar ERP software


* Experience using SolidWorks a plus


* Foreign language skills a plus
