Production Technician
Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Ability to read tape measures, blueprints and schematics
* Able to be on feet continuously for long periods of time
* Able to bend, stoop, squat, and twist
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

* Consistent availability for scheduled shifts
Accountabilities
Including but not limited to:
* Assembly preparation – Gathering, inspecting, organizing & delivering all required parts for each assembly to each work group as needed
* Drilling and tapping of Machine-In-House (MIH) designated parts
* Preparation of Burn & Machine (B&M) designated parts
* Set-up & break-down of parts and assemblies for paint
* General shop maintenance (keep common areas clean & organized, inspect rigging equipment)
* Practice 5S (Sort, Set-in Order, Shine, Standardize & Sustain) in common areas throughout the shops
* Continuously improve processes and standards related to the Production Technician
* Cross trained w/ Yard Laborer – Sandblast tending, saw cutting, yard maintenance, etc.
* Cross trained w/ Service/Parts Coordinator to assist in managing warehouse space
