Position Summary:

This position is responsible for supervising QA inspectors in a Union environment, scheduling QA testing for tubes and systems, and monitoring QA output versus the production goals.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and monitoring of tube and system testing

•Supervision of QA inspectors

•Maintaining training records for QA inspectors

•Supporting Engineering Testing

• Good communication skills

• Time management and project prioritization

• Computer literate

• Assist QA inspectors with test setup issues to assure testing is not delayed

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year business or technical degree or equivalent experience or can substitute 5 years' previous experience

• Good organizational skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Leadership

Other qualifications: (Describe other qualifications which, while not essential, would be helpful)

• Previous supervision experience in a Union environment

• Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma experience

• Solid technical background
