Work Schedule :

30% FTE, PRN, Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM.

Flexible scheduling, 12 hours per week.

Ability to also work occasional organization events throughout the year (not required).

We are seeking a Hospital Services Assistant to join UW Organ and Tissue Donation (UW OTD), a top-ranking, hospital-based organ procurement organization in Madison, W I.

As a Hospital Services Assistant, you will:


* Assemble memory boxes to honor and support donor families and loved ones.


* Prepare monthly recogniti on materials for hospital partners across the region.


* Assemble test kits used in evaluating organ donors and transplant recipients.


* Support community education and outreach by printing and packagi ng materials for events.


* Coordinate logistics for high-volume mailings that support our mission and outreach

Qualifications



* High School degree or GED Preferred
