The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced UKG/Kronos Senior Functional Analyst to join our dynamic HR Digital team.

In this key role, you'll collaborate across regions and functions to deliver impactful payroll and time management solutions.

You'll lead initiatives, support integrations, and continuously enhance the UKG/Kronos experience for our employees.

What will you do?


* Own and manage the UKG/Kronos Operations , Enhancements and Projects as a UKG/Kronos Configurations expert and the voice of the customer/HR Services team.


* Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the UKG/Kronos system in supporting business operations.

Following best practices on Design Decisions and drive to resolution, working closely with cross functional teams.


* Ability to gather and document the requirements, prepare design documents, support in testing the technical solution as required.


* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to UKG/Kronos applications and processes.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues or opportunities for improvement within the UKG/Kronos system.


* Develop and maintain training materials and resources for users.


* Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on UKG/Kronos applications and processes.


* Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of new features and updates.


* Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure timely and effective resolution of any system-related issues.


* Develop and maintain training materials and resources for users and for records of all UKG/Kronos related processes and procedures.


* Strive for continuous improvement and innovation in the use and optimization of the UKG/Kronos system.


* Governance - Driving a strong relationship, and governance across our teams and vendor.
