* Bachelor of Science Degree.


* Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality, engineering, or manufacturing.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

* This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


* Certification from the American Society for Quality (such as CQA or CQE) preferred.


* Extensive knowledge of the ISO, AS9100 and Nadcap requirements.


* Strong coaching and training skills.


* Working knowledge of the investment casting processes.


* Ability to multi-task.


* Strong written and oral communication skills.


* Fluent with MS Office applications.


* Proficient with problem solving and root cause analysis.

JOB SUMMARY

Position designed to concentrate on Quality Systems.

Guide and assist in the development and deployment of the Howmet/HLC Quality System.

Provide leadership and training on Quality Systems issues.

Provide direct quality systems support to engineering, manufacturing and other personnel within the HLC quality organization.
