Position Overview
The Facilities Technology Specialist role is pivotal in ensuring the effective integration and management of our Building Management System (BMS), optimizing space planning and employee requests through our new Maximo software, and supporting the overall efficiency of our facilities operations.
This role must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and possess a solid background in facility management technologies.
Essential Job Functions
* Integrate, program, document, and manage the existing Building Management System (BMS).
* Manage space planning activities to ensure efficient use of facilities.
* Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and servicing of all equipment and systems.
* Provide technical guidance and support to technicians to ensure successful completion of daily tasks.
* Manage facilities change control processes to support seamless updates and modifications.
