Position Overview

This pivotal role involves spearheading sales strategies to expand patient access to Shockwave's Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) technology in cardiovascular and peripheral markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, market development, and team management, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership


* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Territory Sales Managers and Clinical Specialists to achieve and exceed sales targets.


* Organize and facilitate sales team meetings, quarterly business reviews, and leadership sessions.


* Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.


* Provide regular coaching, feedback, and development support to team members.


* Allocate significant time to field visits to understand customer needs and support professional development.

Market Development


* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and healthcare providers.


* Collaborate with the reimbursement team to maximize market access.


* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.


* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
