Job Description:

ディストリビューションセンター運用計画の立案と計画の管理 ・KPIの管理（グローバルダッシュボードへの入力とデータ活用）
問題発生時の是正措置の策定 ・品質と安全性のコンプライアンスの確保
既存のプロセス、システムおよび装置の改良の必要性を研究し、関連部門と連携して、効率と品質を高め、コストを削減するための最適化にかかわる活動(CIP)
受注の特性、マテハン機器の特徴を活かしたプロセス効率の改善(Lean)
サプライヤーのパフォーマンス管理(SLA)
危機管理能力：業務継続計画(Operation Continuity Plan)の実行 ・部内・外プロジェクトへの参画、リード
常に原価低減の取り組みを研究・発掘し、結果に導く。
PMO, Performance Analytics, and Business Model Innovationとの連携を通じ、Performance Analytics Capabilityを強化する。
安全啓発と職場環境の整備、コンプライアンス遵守に責任を負う。

【MUST】
・4年制大学学位または同等
・(サプライチェーン領域問わず)業務改善を行った経験
・他部門を巻き込んだプロジェクトの経験
・サプライヤーマネジメントの経験
・常に改善意識をもち現状を打破していく、変革する意識の高い方
・常に顧客志向であり、戦略的思考・危機管理能力・コミュニケーションスキルの向上に努め、機会をとらえ、それらを活用して業務向上にあたるリーダーシップを発揮できる方、将来的にマネージャーになる志向のある方

【WANT】
・Lean改善手法を用いて期待される結果を出した経験のある方
・5年以上のサプライチェーン関連業務での経験
・システムインテグレーションの経験
・データ分析による改善経験やDigital化の改善経験(SE経験があるとなお良い)
・英語でのコミュニケーション（メール及び電話会議）に抵抗感がない人
