As a Content Operations Associate within J.P.
Morgan Wealth Management, you will help drive the delivery of market commentary and educational content for our clients and the general public.
You will help grow part of our business as we strive to serve our clients in new ways.
Job responsibilities:
* Assist in distributing a variety of multi-media content, including web-based articles, emails, social posts, videos, and live webcasts;
* Partner closely with an array of cross-functional stakeholders, including content creators and strategists, marketers, product managers, tech experts, and communicators around the company, to deliver content at high velocity with fast turnaround times;
* Develop, manage, and optimize a series of processes to enhance content delivery across a number of distribution points;
* Partner with legal, compliance, and controls stakeholders to ensure content needs are meeting various legal and regulatory obligations;
* Leverage materials from other lines of business within J.P.
Morgan to provide clients with relevant and timely content;
* Balance multiple strategic projects and execute on tight deadlines;
* Prepare presentations for meetings with senior business leaders and stakeholders;
* Ensure all published or distributed content is up-to-date and accurate.
Assist with and manage other content projects as needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* 3+ years of experience working in communications, business news media, or marketing.
* Impeccable project management skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask and work well across a matrixed organization.
* A solutions-oriented mindset that embraces the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
* Ability to understand and use data and metrics to make decisions and explain content effectiveness.
* Ability to work collaboratively and partner with others.
* Strong initiative, energy, positivity, and confidence.
* SEO content optimization best practices.
* Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* Experience with project management software (Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, etc.)
* A genuine interest in the world of financial markets and personal finance.
