Corporate Counsel

Who We Are Looking For

The Corporate Counsel for the Crisis24 Private Strategic Group will provide advice to the General Counsel for Crisis24 on compliance projects, medical matters, employment questions, and litigation matters.

This position will be located in the Boca Raton, FL area and in-office presence will be frequently required.

What You Will Work On



* Building and managing the compliance team.


* Assisting the General Counsel with other compliance projects.


* Client contract review


* Tactical oversight of medical legal matters and interfacing with outside counsel on new product offerings.


* Provide legal counsel on employment law matters, including workplace policies, compliance, employee relations, and risk mitigation, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.


* Manage corporate litigation matters, including contract disputes, regulatory compliance, risk management, and other business-related legal proceedings, by coordinating with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.

What You Will Bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:



* Legal proficiency - capable and efficient commercial lawyer with strong attention to detail, ability to focus on material issues, and a commitment to ethics in business dealings.


* Solution oriented - intellectually curious and able to quickly identify and assess legal and other risks and to develop and implement mitigating actions with an eye towards business productivity.


* Client-oriented - able to manage a large volume of transactions with many internal clients.


* Teamwork - understand and contribute to achieving business objectives, communicate clearly and respectfully, and share - and be open to - different points of view.

Requirements


* J.D.

from a qualified U.S.

law school


* Bar membership in at least one state


* Min.

Three years' experience working in a law firm.


* Heathcare law and litigation expertise preferred

Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
