Residential Security Agent- Part Time

Position Overview:

The Residential Security Team Member is responsible for maintaining the safety, security, and privacy of the client, their family, guests, and property.

Operating within a high standard environment, this position requires professionalism, discretion, and a proactive mindset to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the client's residence and surrounding property

• Conduct routine patrols (foot and vehicle) to detect and deter suspicious activity

• Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and other security-related equipment

• Manage perimeter security and respond to breaches or unauthorized access

• Greet and screen visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel according to established protocols

• Maintain detailed shift logs, incident reports, and activity records

• Respond promptly to medical, fire, or security emergencies and coordinate with emergency services as needed

• Ensure all security systems are functioning properly and report any issues for resolution

• Collaborate with household staff and other team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operation

• Maintain a visible and professional presence at the residence at all times • Participate in ongoing training and readiness drills to maintain operational excellence

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in executive protection, law enforcement, military, or residential security

• Active Guard Card or state-required security license (as applicable)

• Current CPR/First Aid/BLS certification

• Familiarity with security technology (CCTV, access control systems, alarm systems)

• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times

• Excellent communication and situational awareness skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and performing emergency response duties

• Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced medical training (e.g., EMT, TCCC)

• Defensive driving certification

• Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or families

• Knowledge of home automation/security systems (e.g., Crestron, Savant, Lutron) Working Conditions:

• Full-time or rotational schedule based on site needs

• Indoor/outdoor work in various weather conditions

• Occasional extended shifts or emergency call-ins may be required Information Security
