Senior Sales Engineer

Responsibilities


* Implement strategies and action plans to achieve the sector's order and sales target in Power Products team


* Monitor customer account evolution, in terms of the customer's business nature, business volume, business partners, financial situation and organizational aspects


* Track new projects in the market and assist in the prescription process when required


* Identify and develop new potential customers and applications


* Monitor market needs, requirements and specification evolution


* Monitor competitors' strategy and actions, propose relevant action accordingly


* Coordinate with internal departments on marketing support, order processing and deliveries, product complaints, etc.


* Fulfil service pledge to customers

Qualifications

Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Building Service / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering


* Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience


* Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)


* Proactive, result oriented and able to work independently


* Good interpersonal skills and communication skills


* Good PC skills including MS Office applications


* Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Engineer
