Job Description:

The Senior Manager of Capital Sales at Johnson & Johnson Medtech will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for the capital sales team.

This role aims to maximize growth and profitability of capital solutions, including robotics, while ensuring effective collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities:


* Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive market growth and expand the company’s market share in the Medtech sector.


* Capital Sales Capabilities Development: Identify and cultivate the essential capabilities necessary for effective capital sales within the Medtech sector.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other clusters to implement a cohesive and comprehensive capital sales strategy that drives growth and enhances overall performance.


* Pricing Strategy: Develop commercial-pricing strategies that reflect market conditions and profitability targets in capital sales (asset; service; solutions).


* Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and adapting solutions to meet their demands.


* Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics and value propositions accordingly.


* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with clinical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure product value propositions align with market expectations.


* Training and Development: Facilitate training sessions and workshops for the sales team on new capital solutions and technologies.

Qualifications:


* Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is desired.


* Experience: Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management position within capital sales in the medical sector.


* Leadership Skills: Demonstrated effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
