Key Responsibilities:

Lead a group of associates in order to meet company-manufacturing goals.

Participates in the day-to-day operations with responsibilities for manufacture products at minimum costs consistent with quality specifications and production schedules.

Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:


* Lead and drive an assigned group of people ensuring efficient use of equipment, personnel and materials.


* Identify, analyze and implement alternatives to improve product quality.


* Lead non-conformances investigation upon resolution.
