Marin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our exceptional rehab team.

What You'll Do:


* Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders


* Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members


* Document resident progress accurately and timely


* Help residents regain independence and improve quality of life

What We're Looking For:


* Current California SLP license


* SNF or geriatric experience preferred


* Strong communication and clinical skills


* Compassionate, team-oriented approach
