The Opportunity


* Up to $50k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.


* Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with previous Hospitalist experience.


* Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired.


* BLS and ACLS are required.


* Current CA state license is a plus.


* Visa Candidates are encouraged to apply.

The Practice

Adventist Health Howard Memorial - Willits, California

Adventist Health Mendocino Coast - Fort Bragg, California

Adventist Health Ukiah Valley - Ukiah, California


* Fee-for-Service Hospital with 50 staffed beds.


* Level II Trauma Center and Stroke Center, and 5-star CMS rating.


* 8-bed hybrid ICU with 1-3 admits per day and 2-6 admits per night.


* Intensivists admit during the day and hospitalists admit during the night.


* Procedures not required but a bonus; initial vent management needed.


* On-site imaging and labs.
