Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead for our Data Archiving Services team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data archiving projects, proficient knowledge
of AWS, and exemplary project management skills.

This role requires a proactive leader who can
manage multiple projects, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of data archiving projects, ensuring adherence to
timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Utilize AWS tools and technologies to design, implement, and optimize data archiving
solutions.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons
learned from past projects.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data archiving and AWS
technologies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in data archiving projects, with a strong understanding of data
management principles.
• Proficient in AWS services and architectures, with hands-on experience in data storage and
retrieval solutions.
• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) is a
plus.
• Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
