* Track progress and maintain clear, timely documentation

? What We're Looking For:


* Active California PT license in good standing


* Solid clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care


* Comfort with virtual platforms and remote engagement


* Great communication, adaptability, and tech-savvy approach


* Prior SNF or post-acute experience is a plus—but not required!
