Job responsibilities



* Focus on designing, developing, and launching products for mid-sized businesses that rely on payment processing and merchant services


* Work closely with clients to understand their needs, prioritize features and ensure products are aligned with market trends and company goals


* Middle Market Product Strategy-Defining the product strategy for merchant services, including identifying new product opportunities and partnering with product to drive the product roadmap


* Client Engagement-Engaging directly with clients to gather feedback, understand their needs and prioritize product requirements


* Cross-Functional Collaboration-Collaborating with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to bring products to market successfully


* Market Research and Competitive Analysis-Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product differentiation


* Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets


* Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth


* Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
