Whitney Oaks Post Acute is Hiring: Infection Prevention Nurse (LVN or RN)

? Pay: $40-$45/hr DOE

Are you passionate about resident safety and quality care? Whitney Oaks Post Acute is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Infection Prevention (IP) Nurse to join our dedicated clinical team.

What You'll Do:


* Lead our infection prevention and control program in compliance with CDC, CDPH, and CMS guidelines


* Conduct surveillance, audits, education, and outbreak investigations


* Collaborate with nursing staff and department heads to promote a safe, sanitary environment


* Support the DSD and clinical leadership team with staff training and compliance

What We're Looking For:


* Active LVN or RN license in California


* Infection Prevention training/certification or willingness to complete


* Skilled nursing experience preferred


* Strong communication, organization, and teaching skills


* Commitment to best practices in resident care and infection control
