We're searching for a dedicated Unit Manager to oversee our skilled unit with clinical expertise, a calm under pressure, and a passion for delivering top-notch care.

What You'll Be Doing:


* Lead and manage daily operations on the skilled nursing unit


* Supervise nursing staff, offering mentorship and clinical guidance


* Participate in the on-call rotation to provide leadership support


* Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional resident outcomes


* Uphold compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures

What You Bring to the Table:


* Active RN license in the state of Ohio (required)


* Previous leadership or supervisory experience in long-term or skilled nursing care (preferred)


* Excellent communication and team coordination skills


* A steady hand and a big heart — balancing care quality with staff support
