What are we looking for?

The Construction QC / QA Inspector is responsible for conducting jobsite inspections and materials testing throughout the SeaTac Area.

Salary & Benefits Information:

The base wage or salary range for this position is $35 - $55/HR.

Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you'll do:


* Perform a variety of testing, project-specific observations, and inspection duties under general supervision


* Utilize drawings, specifications, and diagrams


* Use specific methods to observe site activities and perform tasks


* Read and interpret plans and specifications


* Maintain and calibrate standard equipment


* Make detailed observations and gives the interpretation of results


* Train/supervise and perform complex assignments and work tasks


* Attend project meetings alone without supervision


* Maintain detailed documentation and data from test results


* Communicate effectively with client and project teams

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:


* 5+ years relevant construction inspection, quality assurance and quality control experience on transportation/heavy civil projects


* ACI and ICC Certifications


* Valid Driver's License and reliable driving record


* Must have Basic Math, Calculator, and Computer Skills


* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).


* Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be fluent in English
