Vac Sales and Service Rep III *5K SIGN ON BONUS*

Field Technician (CDL B) - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Overview:


* No Overnights: Expect long days, but you're home every night.


* Schedule: 10-12 hour days with frequent overtime (OT starts after 40 hours/week).


* Start Time: Between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM, depending on the day.

Job Duties:


* Hands-On Work: General labor required, including setting up equipment, connecting hoses/stingers to trucks, pressure washing, line jetting, trenching, and moving solid materials by hand (shoveling).


* Sales Opportunity: Uncapped commission available for selling services such as pressure washing, line jetting, and trenching.

Compensation & Perks:


* Hourly Pay: $25.00 - $26.50


* Sign-On Bonus: $5,000, paid out incrementally throughout the year


* Overtime Pay: After 40 hours/week


* Additional Income: Uncapped commission potential

Requirements:


* License: Class B CDL


* Endorsements: Hazmat & Tanker preferred (can be obtained after hire)


* Transmission: No automatic restrictions permitted
