What you’ll do:
As a Major Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of high-value existing clients within your designated sales territory.

Your mission? Strengthen relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive sales performance.

You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs while aligning with our business goals.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:


* Managing and developing long-term relationships with major accounts


* Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets


* Leading contract renegotiations and presenting compelling proposals


* Conducting regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities


* Reporting on performance weekly/monthly and adapting strategies to meet objectives


* Collaborating across internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

* Proven experience in key or major account management, ideally in logistics or a related industry


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills


* A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer success


* Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic sales territory

Your Profile - Skillsets and Attributes


* 2-3 years sales background in the international logistics industry


* Ability and desire to acquire new business


* Strong business and commercial acumen


* Excellent planning and organisation skills


* Excellent communication skills both oral and written


* Strong customer orientation with the commitment to excel


* Ability to build and manage partnerships with both internal and external customers
