Marketing Communication Manager

Mission: The role and mission of Marketing Communication team is to provide our customer and partners with a consistent brand experience and E2E journey.

We translate global priorities and initiatives into local operations, delivering effective and measurable action to contribute to business and deliver commercial impact.

Responsibilities:

The regional scope will be Japan.

The targeted audience will be multiple business segments with the initial focus on the Industry Automation segment.

Marketing plays an important role as that the first contact for many customers providing product, solution, and service messages.

Web, advertising, direct marketing, events, PR, and social media are part of multiple media utilized to provide information.

We also develop sales tools including collateral, customer stories, etc.

Main role is to drive demand generation combining the most effective channels e.g.

advertising, direct marketing, events, PR, social media with focus on digital marketing by designing strategy and plan to execute toward measurable goals for business growth.

The position needs to work collaboratively with different stakeholders including offer marketing, channel marketing, business, commercial operations, global teams including LoB as well as deriving collaboration among entire marketing functional team to drive digital transformation in marketing activities.

Planning, executing and tracking marketing activities including event, digital ads, eDM / SMA programs, social media, based on the business strategic priorities.

Working with team to further deploy marketing automation tool to the next level by collaborating with both global and local team and create commercial impact by effectively generating quality leads.

3.

Driving digital transformation and increase digital engagement through activities including the web, Ad, online media, social media, and marketing automation to the next level.

4.

Maximize exposure of the Schneider Electric brand (and its associated brands) by owned media, social media and paid media in collaboration with PR
