What You Will Do
The IT Manager- Global Social Platforms is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the company's global brand and business objectives.
Role reports to: Sr.
Product Manager Global Social Platforms
Location: Brazil -São Paulo/SP
Travel %: 10%
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's global brand and business objectives.
• Analyze social media data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media campaigns are integrated with other marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company's social media presence remains innovative and competitive.
• Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
• Provide guidance and support to regional social media teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all global social platforms.
• Identify and evaluate technology enablers that support continuous improvement within business processes.
• Research, identify and promote technology solutions that enable business objectives.
• Develop task estimates, activity plans, forecasts, and project estimates associated with assigned functional area(s).
• Recommend cost-saving solutions and implementation plans.
• Investigate complex system problems to identify causes for shortfalls, user needs, and corollary factors and prepare situation analysis.
• Monitor quality standards, business requirements, time constraints, and budgetary resources within projects.
• Provide status reports, progress reports, and documentation to information technology and business partners.
• Support operations by ensuring orders are placed, updating vendor contracts, and solving day-to-day technology-based business issues.
