Position Summary

Reporting to the Vice President, Americas CPA, IM you will act as a leader, strategist and communication ambassador for the Latin America (LATAM) region.

You will amplify and accelerate key business priorities for the J&J IM business in LATAM, enabling the region to accelerate its market leadership goals and deliver ground-breaking pharmaceutical solutions for healthcare professionals and patients.

You will develop an impactful team of 20 CPA professionals to implement strategic and coordinated internal and external CPA strategies.

You will serve as a member of the Leadership Teams for the LATAM J&J IM business and the Americas J&J IM CPA organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy:


* Leverage deep understanding of business, competitive and industry priorities to implement communications and public affairs plans that drive key business and reputational outcomes and shape the environment for the Company’s products and solutions in the region.


* Connect country and regional platforms, presenting the interests of J&J IM LATAM with one voice for the benefit of the total global business.


* Guide LATAM and CPA leads to use a full range of channels and strategies, including patient advocacy, media relations, policy influencers and employee engagement to promote, improve and defend reputation, while encouraging deeper levels of employee engagement.
