Permanent , full time (37.5 hpw), 

Salary £27,338 pa and great benefits including Health Cash Plan  

On call shift payment of £14.30 per session

Do you want to be at the forefront of changing the way that mental health services are delivered? Then this might just be the role for you. 

Hope Haven will transform mental health services in Copeland by delivering a new 24/7 mental health hub, removing eligibility criteria and referral pathways allowing people to access the right support at the right time.

 

Typical day as a Client Service Manager  


* You will lead our team of support workers and coordinators, you’ll help us deliver our person centred, efficient, quality housing support services to our customers whilst aligning with our contracts.


* You’ll join our daily “Team of the day”, bringing all partners together to discuss the people we support and ensure that they are getting the right support when they need it.


* You’ll coach and manage your team ensuring that we are delivering excellent, person centre support to people in the community.


* You’ll be supporting the team with safeguarding concerns as well as supporting the team to unlock any problems they may come across.


* You’ll promote the Hope Haven service, ensuring that it’s visible and accessible to referring agencies and self-referring customers and promote our brand in the community.


* You’ll ensure the quality of the service evidenced by KPIs and customer satisfaction surveys, and empowering customers and colleagues alike.

You have


*  Ideally you will have experience of leading a team and have the knack for unlocking and developing the potential in others


* It’d be great if you have experience in working within mental health services and / or experience of delivering housing related services.


* You need to be passionate about supporting people to truly make a difference.


* Partnership working is critical in this role.

Experience of working with a range of partners will be key to your success.


* Great people skills, ability to communicate and understand where people are in their life.


* To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes.
