Financial Analyst II
Ardurra is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A Team in Dallas, TX! Must be local to the Dallas Area.

* This is a hybrid role that will report to the Dallas, TX office 3 to 4 days out of the week.
Job Summary:
Ardurra is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the company’s financial performance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
This role will partner with finance and operational teams to drive data-driven decision-making, support strategic initiatives, and enhance financial efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering, consulting, investment banking or professional services industries.
Primary Duties
* Assist in the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
* Work closely with the accounting team preparation of monthly operational, business unit level financials.
* Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business decisions.
* Analyze financial performance, key metrics, and operational efficiency to provide actionable insights.
* Collaborate with department heads to track project profitability, cost controls, and revenue trends.
* Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
* Conduct variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
* Support M&A financial impact assessments and post-acquisition integration.
* Improve financial systems, reporting dashboards (Power BI), and automation of processes.
Education and Experience Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics
* 2 - 4+ years of related experience
* Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
* Strong software knowledge in the following programs:
* Power BI
* Excel including both financial functionalities along with database functions, including the ability to evaluate large data sets using Pivot Tables, Data Filters, and Lookup functions
* Power Point
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
