Open Role: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)


* Conduct evaluations and develop customized, person-centered treatment plans


* Deliver therapy services to address speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care


* Document progress, reassess treatment goals, and support discharge planning

Qualifications:


* Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license (Required)


* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF) considered


* Previous SNF or post-acute care experience preferred


* Strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a passion for improving lives
