JOB DESCRIPTION

AVP, Finance Team Leader

As the AVP, Finance Team Leader you will be responsible for all aspects of expense financial reporting, planning, and analysis for the A&H division.

This includes leading annual planning and periodic forecasting of expense results, managing accruals, sales incentive compensation, and contingent commissions, as well as reporting on staffing metrics.

You will play a key role in month-end expense reporting and external self-reporting to Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and Assistance Service Providers (ASPs).
