Reporting to the Director of Digital Commerce Analytics, the Digital Commerce Analytics Senior Manager will be responsible for developing insights and strategies to accelerate the growth of Kimberly-Clark’s North America Omnichannel business and drive the development of our digital commerce capabilities.

The Senior Manager will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Brand Management, Omnichannel Commerce, Sales, and Marketing to drive digital opportunity identification and strategic projects.

In this role, you will:


* Develop analyses to identify opportunities in Retail Media search spend representing scope includes:


* Identification of opportunities in keyword selection for paid search based on retailer specific rankings, costs per click, and conversion rates to accelerate sales and ROIs


* Devise strategies to optimize bidding patterns including CPC bid levels and alignment with SKU level organic results


* Evaluate effectiveness and results of test and learn campaigns in retail search in partnership with and omnichannel marketing managers and other key stakeholders


* Recommend shelf intelligent bidding opportunities based on available data


* Help coordinate Consumer and Professional bidding strategies for shared categories (dry bath, facial, towels)
