Position Summary

The SVP, Virtual Office will serve as a key executive leader responsible for driving the global strategy, innovation, and performance of IWG’s Virtual Office business.

This individual will lead the development and execution of initiatives that expand digital services, optimize operational delivery, and accelerate revenue growth across global markets.

As a visionary and hands-on leader, the SVP will shape the future of virtual workspace solutions and ensure IWG remains at the forefront of hybrid and remote work trends.

 

Key Responsibilities 

 •    Strategic Leadership

o    Define and lead the global strategy for IWG’s Virtual Office business, aligning with the broader company vision and growth goals
o    Identify new market opportunities, digital innovation pathways, and customer experience enhancements
o    Ensure the plan aligns with the channels’ revenue KPIs

•    Business Development & Growth

o    Expand global Virtual Office revenue through new client acquisition, partner channels, and upselling to existing customers
o    Oversee pricing, product packaging, and go-to-market strategies tailored to diverse regional markets
