Job Description:

Coordinates initial arrangements for staff member headcount and materials needed for corporate events and conferences.
Responds to customer inquiries about upcoming marketing events, activities, topics, and reservations.
Compiles initial details on upcoming events and meetings and provides updates on event scope to management.
Collects basic event management details, organizes related marketing materials, and updates calendars for expected attendees.
Advises management of any changes to upcoming events that could impact attendee availability.
Carries out direction from superiors and fulfills event duties based on requirements and guidelines.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
