We are seeking a multifaceted and results-oriented Senior Manager, Field Operations to lead our initiatives in optimizing inventory and enhancing asset efficiency for our DePuy Synthes Supply Chain team.

Locations: West Chester, PA (Primary), Raynham, MA; Warsaw, IN; Raritan, NJ.

This role will have a significant impact on operational excellence by streamlining processes and improving customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Develop strategy for Last Mile Activities and implement consistently across DPS platforms.


* Ensure a complete, impactful Operating Model that delivers value and enables a customer-centric, performance-driven last-mile operations capability.


* Develop performance management processes that provide a coordinated view of service, asset efficiency, and cash optimization.


* Lead inventory and technology programs associated with traceability and digital improvements, collaborating with relevant functions.


* Cultivate positive relationships across Supply Chain and Commercial teams to translate customer needs into actionable strategies.


* Optimize cash management of inventory, minimizing E&O and SLOB.


* Improve field audit processes in collaboration with Field Sales Teams to improve accuracy, compliance, and reconciliation results.


* Partner with commercial teams to innovate business models and customer connectivity.
