J&J Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Project Manager Engineering & Property Services reporting to the Director Project Management EMEA and to be based in Beerse or Geel (Belgium).

At Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) we take care of all J&J buildings in Belgium providing services from Real Estate, Engineering & Strategic Project Delivery to Facilities Management.

We have a profound influence on the entire J&J Enterprise, providing innovative workplaces where our employees can collaborate and grow, and delivering flexible site solutions which enable our business to best serve our important customers and patients.

The Project Manager is accountable for the performance of assigned projects on the Beerse site, leading projects thru our standard Project management standards FPX (Flawless Project Execution) and IDEA (ideation, definition, execution and assessment phases).

The major activities of the project manager are: driving innovation to ensure safety and appropriate quality, translate the need of our internal clients in a technical solution, using learning adoption internally and externally, coordinate and align a team of internal and external project members, ensure that our standards and agency regulations like FDA are followed.

The Project Manager will join the E&PS Project delivery team composed of 10 project and Construction Managers reporting to the Sr E&PS Project Manager.

The best candidate for this role has specific expertise in Projects related to Heat transition projects, such as modern Warm water network technology, sustainable energy, geothermal energy, etc… and generally experience of leading end to end capital projects.
