We are searching for the best talent for NPI Manager LCM to be in Juarez City.

Main Responsibilities:
The NPI LCM Manager will play a pivotal role in the technical transfer and launch of new products, while also spearheading technical enhancements within the manufacturing lines in Juarez.

This position requires the oversight of other managers and team members, as well as the installation and validation of new manufacturing lines.

The successful candidate will support the verification and validation processes for new products, along with capital and expense estimation and management.

They will also support initiatives related to ramp-up, stabilization, and yield improvement.

Key responsibilities include establishing and managing pilot and production lines, conducting equipment validations, troubleshooting issues and implementing modifications to boost manufacturing quality and product performance, identifying and executing projects aimed at improving value and reducing costs, supporting CAPAs, NRs, and new management reviews, ensuring compliance with deliverables, efficiently managing budgets, timelines, and resources.

This role is designed for a dynamic leader ready to make a significant impact in the manufacturing operation and product launch processes.
