Facility Operations Supervisor

Summary:

Clean Harbors is looking for a Facility Operations Supervisor to lead front-line plant operations in our La Porte, TX facility.

This position involves supervising multiple departments, including refinery operations, shipping and receiving, maintenance, blending, and wastewater treatment.

The Supervisor will oversee daily activities, mentor plant employees, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with significant plant operations experience.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in relevant fields preferred

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in plant operations, including supervisory experience

Certifications:


* Department of Transportation (DOT) training


* Forklift training
