We are searching for the best talent for Dir Cash Flow Generation to be in Raritan, NJ.
Purpose:
Directs Managers and/or senior individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for meaningful career development conversations and regular coaching and feedback.

Administers the internal Category plan and develops processes and procedures that support business goals.  Monitors initiatives and oversees  timelines, approvals, and communication plans.  Contributes to planning of strategic initiatives  and serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:


* Lead the Supply Chain Procurement MedTech strategy to optimize free cash flow, focusing on working capital improvements across inventory, sourcing, payables and capex models.


* Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations to align performance objectives with cash flow targets.


* Develop and monitor KPIs tied to inventory turns, capital investments, days payable outstanding, days inventory outstanding and other working capital drivers.


* Oversee and partner with procurement teams on strategic supplier negotiations that improve payment terms, contractual financial incentives, and cost predictability while ensuring continuity of supply and quality.


* In partnership with cross-functional teams and MedTech business units develop and lead inventory optimization strategies, including reducing obsolete and excess inventory levels.


* Partner with the CFGO on traceability and reporting.


* Provide regular updates to senior and executive leadership on progress, trends, and opportunities.


* Champion a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, financial discipline and continuous learning across all MedTech business units.
