Midtown Oaks Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic therapy team on a part-time or PRN basis.

If you're passionate about helping residents regain their communication and swallowing abilities in a supportive, post-acute care setting — we want to meet you!

What You'll Do:


* Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans


* Document services accurately and timely


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care and goals


* Educate residents, families, and staff as needed

What We're Looking For:
✔️ Active California SLP license
✔️ Skilled nursing or post-acute experience a plus
✔️ Strong communication and clinical skills
✔️ Flexible, reliable, and team-focused
