Job Summary
As a Senior Product Associate in JPMorgan Corporate Challenge, you will leverage your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact.

Supported by user research and customer feedback, you will fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job Responsibilities


* Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.


* Plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.


* Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.


* Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets.


* Write product requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.


* Partner with tech lead to plan sprints and stay on track with the roadmap.


* Drive go-live and implementation activities, including readiness checklists and production verification tests.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.


* Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.


* Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.


* Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.


* Proficiency in Jira to manage agile workflows.


* Experience in creating intuitive and goal-oriented user flows to map out the end-to-end user journey.


* Strong expertise in working within an agile product delivery lifecycle.


* Proven ability to anticipate needs and issues related to product development and production support.


* Proven organizational skills with proactive initiative, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.

* Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
