Your role:
As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be part of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) Customer Service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and efficient order processing.
In this role, you'll be responsible for advancing order processing, collections, and dispute resolution, while also supporting process improvements and team collaboration.
Your Responsibilities:
* Order Processing: Efficiently process manual orders (phone, fax, email), prioritizing urgent requests and ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, account discrepancies, billing disputes, and sales order issues.
* Collections Management: Analyze outstanding customer aging, engage with customers to prompt collections, and track payment resolution.
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, contributing to more efficient and accurate O2C processes.
* Team Support: Support the O2C team through training, covering for team members, and serving as a knowledge resource.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree
* Required Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in O2C or Finance function, preferably with knowledge of credit management & customer service and experience in identifying and delivering process change.
Proficient in English.
Experience with SAP O2C Module
